Our projects
Securing and optimising water consumption in a secondary school
Smart Water
The region wanted to reduce water consumption at a secondary school with over a thousand students. The infrastructure is substantial, with a gymnasium, canteen and toilet blocks containing multiple water points. The region wanted to optimise consumption during school hours, limit the risk of leaks and ensure that water was not used during periods when the school was closed.
Given this reality, how can we reduce water-related costs and minimise the environmental impact of over-consumption?
The implementation of an intelligent water management system has enabled the school to optimise its consumption.
This system includes :

A motorised butterfly valve connected to an LTE-M supervision system

Water meters linked to valves

Management software
This system has enabled:

Shutting off the general water supply outside opening hours

Remote control by sector, enabling closure in the event of a leak

Real-time monitoring of water consumption
After several months, we observed a reduction of around 30% in their water consumption.
